The Program will to assist transitioning military members into the FAA flight standards world of Part 145 facility. The Program will provide structured curriculum and hands on training, helping you work toward obtaining an FAA A&P license. MHIRJ is seeking individuals with strong troubleshooting skills and communication skills; someone who is mechanically curious while adhering to safety standards. Also, once you have a license, individuals can continue at MHIRJ as an Aircraft Planner or perhaps move into a Supervisor role.
