DOW SkillBridge Real Estate InternshipOur DOW SkillBridge Internship is designed to expose transitioning service members to the many career paths available within the real estate industry, helping you discover which profession is the best fit for your skills, interests, and long-term goals.During your internship, you will have the ability to shadow experienced professionals across multiple sectors of the industry, including:Residential Real Estate SalesProperty ManagementMortgage LendingInsuranceCommunity Association Management (CAM)Commercial Real EstateReal Estate InvestingTitle & Closing ServicesOnce you identify the career path that interests you most, we will help you select and enroll in a state-approved licensing program required for your chosen profession.If you complete your licensing requirements before or during your SkillBridge internship, we immediately transition your training into a permanent, hands-on internship with an experienced industry professional who will serve as your mentor and trainer. This provides real-world experience, professional networking opportunities, and a direct pathway toward full-time employment.Our goal is simple: to help every participant leave the military with the education, experience, professional connections, and confidence needed to begin a successful civilian career in the real estate industry.
Supporting the following bases locally: NAS Pensacola, NAS Corry Station, NAS Whiting Field, Eglin, Hurburt Field, and all others on the Gulf Coast.
