Guide and coach the development team and product owner on Agile and Scrum practices. Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure successful project delivery. Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within the team. Work closely with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog. Monitor and report on Agile metrics to track team progress and performance. Promote continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and lessons learned.
