Job description:
Field Supervision is responsible for planning and executing projects by organizing work methods and developing schedules. They oversee the execution of field deliverables and manage financial components, including identifying potential change orders and assessing their impact on safety, margins, productivity, and equipment.Key tasks include leading and participating in job hazard analyses and safety briefings, guiding crews to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals. As the primary point of contact with customers, subcontractors, and vendors, Field Supervision attend customer meetings and monitor subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.This role manages and develops labor and employee relations, performs employee reviews, and identifies training and development opportunities. They continuously analyze processes and procedures for improvement, driving the success and efficiency of our operations.
InfraSource Construction is dedicated to delivering exceptional infrastructure solutions that support and enhance the communities we serve. This internship opportunity is project based and can be located at any of our 13 operating units across the Northeast region.
