Summary description:
Program Details: Active duty Service members participate during last 180 days of military service. Trades and Management Internships available. Intern directly with construction/infrastructure-related companies where you desire to live post military service. Interview with internship company for permanent job. Prepare for many types of trades or management careers in construction & other infrastructure-related industries. Internship periods average 12-18 weeks. No Cost, No GI Bill, No Experience Necessary. Continuous Open Enrollment. Eligible Service members encouraged to apply 2-3 months prior to the beginning of your last 180 days. Internships individually scheduled - no predetermined start/stop date. Intern in the area where you plan to live post-military service. Gain experience working for a company prior to accepting a permanent position. Make connections and network with local people.
