Job description:
Upon successful completion, participants will be prepared to pursue self-employment opportunities within the real estate industry and may have the opportunity to affiliate with RE Solutions XV as an independent 1099 Sales Agent Contractor, subject to meeting applicable licensing requirements and company standards. In this capacity, individuals will operate their own independent real estate business and be responsible for generating and managing client relationships, marketing their services, conducting buyer and seller consultations, performing market analyses, marketing properties, negotiating contracts, coordinating transactions, and providing professional real estate services to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and property owners. Independent Sales Agents are responsible for managing their own business activities while utilizing the training, systems, resources, and brokerage support available through RE Solutions XV to help establish and grow a successful real estate practice.
