Installers are responsible for installing various types of insulation materials in residential, commercial and industrial buildings to regulate temperature and conserve energy. The job involves measuring, cutting and fitting insulation material in walls, ceilings, attics, etc. Installers use equipment such as hammer tackers, knives, tape measures and ladders. .
Job sites vary across the State of Alaska. Locations may include:Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Palmer, Wasilla, Houston, Sutton, Glenallen, Talkeetna, Fairbanks, North Pole, Girdwood, Seward, Kenai, Soldotna, Anchor Point, Homer, etc
