Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)Location: Santa Clara, CAKey Responsibilities:• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within target verticals (Aerospace & Defense, Financial Services, Medical Device & Life Sciences, Technology) through research, email cadences, LinkedIn/social outreach, conferences, etc.• Research prospective accounts and decision-makers using CRM and sales intelligence tools to build targeted, personalized outreach lists.• Execute structured outbound cadences (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives and Business Development leadership.• Qualifying inbound leads against ATR's ideal client profile to determine fit before handing off to Account Executives or leadership.• Log all outreach activity, contact details, and opportunity status accurately in the CRM to maintain a clean, trackable pipeline.• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated.• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing to refine outreach messaging, target account lists, and vertical-specific positioning.• Stay current on ATR's service offerings, MSP/VMS program capabilities, and competitive positioning to speak credibly with prospects.Qualifications:• 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or inside sales role, preferably in staffing, professional services, or B2B sales.• Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume cold outreach and rejection.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRMs (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) and sales engagement/cadence tools preferred.• Coachable and goal-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, quota-carrying environment.
