RELYANT has developed the RELYANT Global Internship Program (DoD SkillBridge) utilizing the DoD guidance for SkillBridge. During this program the service member will be on-site at his or her host company performing an individual internship in an entry to mid-level career type role. The service member will be on the job training supporting a work schedule equivalent to 40hrs per week. Outlined below are the Goals, Objectives, and Outcomes for the program.Goals – Provide transitioning service members fellowship-style job skills training during the last portion(s) of their military commitment. This program is specifically designed to offer internships that result in the potential to transition to a full-time opportunity as the conclusion of the training. Objectives - Service Members who complete the Intern program will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to plan, execute, monitor, and control a project in an effective and successful manner. Outcome – Offer transitioning service member a rewarding opportunity to join the RELYANT team.

As a RELYANT Assistant Project Manager, you will be an integral member of our team and contribute your knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead and manage projects. You will play an essential role in achieving project goals. Responsibilities: • Provides Senior leadership for large projects or a significant segment of a large project.• Translates customer requirements into formal agreements and plans that culminate in customer acceptance of results while meeting business objectives.• Oversees the development of the proposed solution• Performs as the project lead in initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing task of a project or a segment of a project to produce an acceptable solution. • Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions to the customers' requirements.• Assemble and coordinate project staff• Set up and manage project resources per the project budget• Plan, schedule, and maintain project timelines. Monitor and review critical path dates and milestone throughout project• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools• Provide direction and leadership to project team• Constantly monitor and report on progress to the Director of Operations• Lead project progress meetings with clients• Ensure timely closeout of projectsEducation, Skills, and Experience:• Bachelor's Degree • English Language Level: Excellent, should be able to communicate verbally and write effectively.• Experience working for the USACE, NAVFAC, DoE, or DoD• Manage and coordinate day-to-day production and schedule adherence.• Provide adequate supervision of all workers• Experience in hazard identification and safety compliance• Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills.• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level• Well-developed interpersonal skills.• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive• Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
