Basic IT Knowledge: Understanding of networking, databases, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).SaaS Platform Experience: Exposure to Qualtrics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar SaaS platforms is a plus.Data Manipulation Skills.Software Implementation or Configuration: Understanding of software deployment, user permissions, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Project Management Tools.
