Job description:
A CDL Flatbed Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials using flatbed trucks. Drivers play a critical role in ensuring cargo is delivered on time, securely loaded, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards. You may need to transport oversized or irregularly shaped loads, requiring specialized knowledge and expertise in securing such cargo. Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and commercial driving laws. Maintain accurate records, including driving logs, delivery receipts, and inspection reports, as required by law. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and cargo, often exceeding 50 pounds. Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
