We have an ongoing learning process, that encompasses a 40 hour classroom course for licensing to be a real estate agent in addition to working in the field on tasks that do not involve licensing. Once the class is complete, the candidate will be ready to take the state test and become a real estate agent. We have opportunities for the candidate to train with other successful agents in order to learn the business and upon separation from the service the candidate can stay on with Quinsigamond Realty and be part of our team or will have the tools to venture into the field of real estate with other companies throughout Massachusetts.
