Job description:
As a SkillBridge Intern with Team Lally Real Estate, you will participate in a structured 26-week training program to gain hands-on experience and foundational skills in real estate. Your duties will include:Training Phase (Weeks 1–18)Orientation and Fundamentals:Assist in administrative setup, resource management, and office operations.Learn Team Lally’s core values, CRM basics, and real estate transaction fundamentals.Buyer and Seller Support:Support agents in buyer consultations, lead generation, and objection handling.Assist with seller lead generation, listing presentations, and property preparation.Marketing and Branding:Create and manage social media campaigns for personal branding and lead generation.Assist in designing marketing materials and delivering exceptional client experiences.Transaction Coordination:Help track transaction timelines, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance.Liaise with vendors, agents, and clients to coordinate smooth closings.Application Phase (Weeks 19–26)Administrative Mastery:Manage client inquiries, process contracts, and document updates in the CRM.Coordinate schedules, timelines, and communication between stakeholders.Active Prospecting and Shadowing:Participate in lead follow-ups, open houses, and client consultations.Shadow licensed real estate agents during key transactions.Independent Operations:Lead administrative tasks, oversee minor transactions, and present your capstone project.Key Responsibilities Throughout the Program:Support the team in delivering excellent service to clients and maintaining operational efficiency.Apply knowledge from training to assist with real estate transactions and marketing strategies.Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure seamless workflows.Continuously learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the real estate industry.
There's no cost for service members to undergo skills training with our team. It will only cost them money if they decide to pursue a real estate career and get their real estate license. DCCA Application Fee is $323 if applying in an odd year, $282 if applying in an even year.
