Job description:
The Cameron-Brooks Development and Preparation Program is specifically designed for JMOs to provide the skills and education necessary to gain meaningful employment post-military service. The program consists of a curated reaching program of ten books, a self-assessment of strengths and weaknesses, a leadership assessment, an interviewing course, interview skills workshops, resume consultation and creation, and unlimited mock interviews. The JMOs have frequent career coaching conversations via the phone, video, and in person with experienced Career Transition Coaches. The training and development phase culminates with a four-day virtual Career Conference, the SkillBridge participant will have the opportunity to conduct follow-up interviews with companies and earn employment offers. The program’s objective is to help the JMO conduct a career search and earn offers in a business leadership development role. Those who complete the program will receive ongoing and unlimited career coaching throughout their post-military career.
