Job description:
Interns will work side-by-side with top-producing Realtors and lending partners to gain hands-on experience in residential real estate transactions, marketing, negotiation, and client care. Participants will: learn how to list, market, and sell homes in the El Paso market. Support open houses, buyer showings, and marketing campaigns. Receive guided training on Texas real estate licensing requirements. Use industry-standard tools like CRMs, MLS, DocuSign, and transaction platforms. Work alongside mortgage lenders and title partners to learn the full sales cycle. Get mentored by senior military veterans who successfully transitioned to real estate careers ⚠️ This internship is ideal for transitioning service members who can stay in El Paso during their SkillBridge internship and are open to relocating anywhere in Texas after completion.

Must be eligible for DoD SkillBridge participation. Must be willing to obtain a Texas real estate license (training guidance provided).
