The service member will gain hands on experience within multiple careers in the craft food industry that keep our business operating day-to-day.
Job description:
Product development and quality control - Learn about coffee science, roasting, quality control, and packaging and fulfillment. Wholesale and sales - Create invoices and ensure delivery of product, work with grocers, cafes, learn to establish professional sales relationships and follow-up. Customer service and retention - Work events and assist customers with orders and coffee knowledge, assist with customer acquisition and e-commerce strategy useful for service members looking into entrepreneurship.
