MD Psychiatrist – TMS Consult SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations specifically for TMS candidates.Develop and manage TMS treatment plans, ensuring individualized care.Review patient histories and analyze clinical data to assess suitability for TMS.Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings to integrate TMS therapy into comprehensive care plans.Maintain meticulous documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.Provide expert psychiatric consultation and guidance to behavioral health teams.Adhere strictly to ZWG policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Engage in peer review and continuous quality improvement activities related to TMS.Offer clinical leadership and training regarding TMS procedures and best practices.Required Qualifications:MD Psychiatrist, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry in Texas.Unrestricted Texas Medical License.Current DEA Registration (unrestricted).NPI number for Medicare Part B.Psychiatric liability insurance coverage (1mil-3mil).Proficient with EHR and general computer skills.Preferred Qualifications:2-3 years of psychiatric experience.Prior experience with TMS therapy or specialized TMS training.Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Deep understanding of psychiatric assessment and treatment specifically relating to TMS.Skilled in psychiatric diagnostic methods and treatment planning.Ability to interpret and apply psychiatric research to clinical practice.Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Capacity to work autonomously with initiative and sound judgment.
