Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven General Manager to lead operations at one of our franchise locations. This role is ideal for a veteran transitioning from the military who possesses strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, production, customer service, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery. Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and best practices. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and operational success. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Sales & Business Development: Oversee and support the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
