Job description:
Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with the executive team to understand and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.• Assist in the planning and execution of business operations across multiple functions, including operations, project management, and engineering.• Participate in high-level meetings and provide insights based on your military experience.• Conduct research and analysis to support business initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.• Help develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.• Support the coordination of key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.• Gain exposure to client interactions and relationship management within the defense sector.• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed for executive review.Qualifications:• Active duty military member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program.• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and synthesize information.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Demonstrated interest in the defense industry and business management.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
