Job description:
Key responsibilities include coaching and skill development, identifying and recruiting talented student-athletes, planning and implementing effective practices and game strategies, and fostering a positive team culture. The coach will assist in all aspects of the program, including game scheduling, budget management, and compliance with NCAA and institutional regulations. Additionally, the coach will promote a positive team culture, represent the program in the community, and engage in fundraising and outreach activities. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
