We are offering an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join our Sales team. This role provides hands-on experience in leading sales teams, developing strategies, and driving national revenue growth.

Learning, Applications, and Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor regional sales managers and their teams.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with key clients at the national level.Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Performance Monitoring:Track and report on national sales performance metrics.Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales outcomes.Requirements:Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.If in the SkillBridge program, applicants must be available to attend meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Exposure to advanced sales strategies and leadership techniques.Hands-on experience in managing a high-performing sales team.Mentorship from experienced sales leaders.Networking opportunities within the transportation advertising industry.Apprenticeship ranges from a 90-day minimum to 180 days.
