We are seeking a Process Improvement Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare and fostering innovation. As a Process Improvement Consultant at GH Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in consulting with healthcare organizations, startups, and businesses on proven improvement strategies, quality management, and start initiatives. You will collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for enhancement, streamline processes, and implement sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Provide up to expert guidance and consulting on process improvement methodologies primarily within the healthcare sector. • Develop and implement innovativestrategies to optimize healthcare processes and enhance patient care. • Advise startups on effective strategies for growth, funding, and market entry. • Collaborate with clients to establish and maintain rigorous quality management systems. • Conduct data analysis and performance assessments to identifyimprovement opportunities. • Offer insights into government funding programs (e.g., SBIR, CRADA, STTR) and venture capital opportunities. • Foster a culture of innovation by staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. • Assist with, and eventually lead, workshops and trainingsessions to educate clients on process improvement principles. Eligibility Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HealthcareAdministration, or another comparable field is preferred. • Green Belt, Six Sigma, or another comparable process improvement certification. • Familiarity withgovernment funding programs and venture capital opportunities. • Minimum of two years of experience in the startup/innovation ecosystem, including workwith Innovation Units, Defense Innovation programs, or Spark Cells.
