Job description:
Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of BeachLife Fitness facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. • Manage and lead a team of fitness instructors, front desk staff, and maintenance personnel. • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance member satisfaction and retention. • Coordinate fitness class schedules and ensure a diverse range of offerings to meet member needs. • Monitor and manage facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards. • Drive sales and membership growth through effective marketing and promotional activities. • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and members. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns. • Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve business objectives. • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the fitness programs. Intern / Member will work to learn all aspects of fitness management though our company including: Facility Management, DoD Fitness Contracting, Retail Business and Program Management.
