Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst will analyze and assess the support services department's operational processes and workflow to identify improvement areas and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and effectivenessRoles and Responsibilities:Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making, including data collection, statistical analysis, and report preparation.Assist in preparing project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure project requirements are met and risks are mitigated.Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress and status.Help identify project risks and issues and recommend solutions to address them.Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholders' satisfaction.Support post-project analysis and evaluation, including lessons learned and project closure activities.Participate in professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge related to project management and business analysis.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.1+ years of experience in a business analysis or project management role.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze large and complex data sets.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and assess options and make informed decisions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
