<h3><strong>SkillBridge Internship positions are all dependent on availability.</strong></h3><p>New internship positions may be added depending on demand. Our 90–180 day On-The-Job Training (OJT) program (duration varies by branch and rank) provides hands-on, real-world training led by experienced industry professionals. Participants receive structured instruction, coaching, and mentorship while applying skills directly in the workplace to build practical expertise and prepare for civilian career success.
