The SkillBridge Locator maps Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge internships and employer-managed listings across the United States, so transitioning servicemembers can find programs near their current base, near where they're PCSing, or fully remote.
As of August 25, 2026, CareerPCS's published base guides cover 4,063 distinct SkillBridge programs from 2,364 organizations within 50 miles of 237 installations across 50 states. The directory also includes 2,074 remote and nationwide programs.
CareerPCS combines employer-managed opportunities with listings sourced from the official DoW SkillBridge directory. DoW-sourced listings are limited to postings DoW marked active at our latest check — refreshed nightly, last checked August 25, 2026. The verified badge marks a listing an employer actively manages here; unbadged listings may be employer-posted or sourced from the DoW directory. Start and track applications through CareerPCS. Search by keyword or location, and filter by industry, program length, delivery method, and listing source.
Some listings show a typical pay range. We match the listing to an occupation, then show what workers in that occupation earn in that state — from U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data (OEWS, May 2025). It's the going rate for that line of work, not this employer's offer or a prediction of your pay. How salary benchmarks work.

Most engineering problems have a known solution. This one doesn't. We're building digital replica employees. Agents that learn by watching a human work for weeks, extract the underlying logic, and then execute that exact process autonomously over their same screens, same files, at unlimited scale. A computer use agent with deep, learned knowledge of how a specific human finishes a specific job. We are selling labor, in the form of software. The core challenge: go from the observations of a top performer to a deployable replica that generalizes their decision-making across novel situations inside arbitrary software. That's a machine learning problem, a systems problem, and a product problem simultaneously and none of the pieces are solved. The founding team is three military trained, former MIT and Amazon engineers. We spent the last decade converting human labor into software, 10M hours automated for the DoD. Now we're applying that to healthcare administration: one of the most expensive, most broken operational systems in the US economy. In 2026 alone we've signed four major customers, including one of the largest health systems in the country. The demand is real and we're building against it in real time.
Job description:
You'll help build the core platform from the ground up: AI orchestration, computer-use workflows, cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, reliability tooling, and the product surfaces customers rely on every day. You'll make architecture decisions, own critical systems end to end, and work across the stack to turn messy operational reality into something elegant, measurable, and durable.
