Flex Air SkillBridge website: http://goflexair.com/skillbridge Flex Air's SkillBridge Commercial Pilot Gateway program has two parts, a free career coaching track and an optional pilot training track. Participants can enroll in both tracks simultaneously. The career coaching track offers up to six months of career mentorship including one-on-one coaching, career planning workshops, and help with airline interview prep and resume-writing. The optional pilot training program provides FAA certifications through a combination of ground school, simulator, and aircraft lessons. Final level of FAA certification upon completion is dependent on SkillBridge participant's experience level and full-time / part-time status. Zero flight hour experience is required to participate in this program, which can be the first step towards utilizing VA benefits for follow-on training.

Follow-on job search and placement services are provided for all graduates throughout their careers. Based on interview outbriefs with our hiring partners and alumni surveys, we have compiled the following data for our veteran transitions in the 2016-2023 reporting period. Mentorship program is $0 for all trainees. Flight training program is optional, Private Pilot License (PPL) cost is $18,500 and can be covered by scholarships, credentialing assistance, tuition assistance, or loans.
