As a Service Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology projects to our clients. You will join a collaborative team of delivery managers, analysts, and consultants, working together to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects. Your role is crucial as you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving the success of our engagements.Responsibilities:• Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are met.• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.Requirements:• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the technology industry.• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.• Proficiency in project management tools and software.• PMP certification is a plus.
