Job description:
SkillBridge participants will be trained by and under the supervision of an expert among experts. Our program focuses on developing the participant's skills needed for various skilled trades, construction management, or administrative positions. The participant will receive safety and procedures training coupled with on-the-job training and experience working alongside professionals with years of knowledge, guiding the participant in one of the various services that HP Civil provides customers. These services include the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects consisting of highway and transportation, water/wastewater systems, dam/marine construction, and communication systems. Participants will have the opportunity to work on various ongoing projects throughout Oregon.

Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests as required. Ensure reliable transportation to and from the assigned job site. Craft positions: ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments. Able to work away from home during the work week, throughout the state of Oregon.
