Intelligent Waves, a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business has an immediate need for a ProjectCoordinator to support our mission-critical work in support of our government customer at Nellis AFB, NV. Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support theoperational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program typically consisting of a set of closelyrelated projects or associated activities. Responsible for coordination of multiple Site Leads across multiple tasks andlocations. Support all aspects of program startup and ongoing execution, to include the identification, tracking, managing, andresolving of program issues; proactively disseminate program information to all stakeholders, as required by Project Manager;support identification, management and mitigation of program risk. Collect metrics to give a sense for how the project isprogressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable; and support Project Manager with management of theoverall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget for all projects in the program. Performother duties as assigned. Qualifications: An active DoD Secret Clearance is required, TS/SCI preferred. Bachelor's degree inrelated field plus minimum of 5 years of experience. 3 additional years’ experience can be substituted for education.Experience supporting management of large-scale Professional Services type programs of 50 people or more with at least 2subcontractors. PMP Certification Preferred Ability to work well with others. Good communication skills. Self-starter – minimalsupervision required. Good organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office tools.
