FTI is looking for a qualified Technical Project Manager to work with the Senior Operations Manager in support of various US Navy programs. This position will be responsible for achieving financial, contractual, and project objectives as well as business process improvements. You will work closely with the customer representatives to understand deliverables, schedules, budgets, goals, and objectives.

• Provide overall management, governance, direction, and execution of assigned projects• Manage project financials to include tracking, forecasting, and reporting of status• Maintain individual project budgets, personnel forecasting, and report monthly financial execution and task spend plans• Foster positive relationships with government representatives ensuring proactive and consistent communication. Prioritize quality standards while ensuring tasks and deliverables are submitted on time and within budget• Manage subcontractor tasks to include scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Assist with the management of funding allocations and subcontract agreements• Support the Sr. Operations Manager in the development and maintenance of project plans• Provide status reports on technical progress per contract deliverable requirements or as needed to communicate progress to the customer

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience are required. MBA or post-graduate degree in a related field is preferred • At least five (5) years of management experience on programs/projects supporting the Department of Defense• Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail• Strong written and verbal communication skills to successfully lead and/or collaborate with internal and external customers• Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional products, including Sharepoint• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or JIRA, Confluence, and Portfolio• Excellent presentation skills
