Objectives:Learn the ins and outs of our day to day business and equipment to accurately resolve/repair properly and efficiently, and adequately serve customersBecome an expert in identifying and diagnosing equipment issuesWork seamlessly and cohesively with customers and other members of the teamResolve all customer complaints and repair or replace malfunctioning equipment as needed. Leave customers feeling satisfied and confident in their equipment at the end of each visitResponsibilities:Install overhead doors and dock equipment in customers’ places of business and train customers to properly operate or service their equipment.
