Job description:
As a Sales Manager at Pink's Window Services, you will: estimate projects and manage all assigned jobs; ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting client needs; help solve crew problems on active projects; generate schedules and operational plans; upsell services to existing customers; identify potential project issues proactively; network and promote Pink's brand; and pursue strategic relationships on behalf of Pink's (realtors, property managers, HOAs, commercial accounts). Compensation: $48,000 base salary + 2% revenue. This is a direct-hire pathway — SkillBridge interns who successfully complete the program are offered full-time employment.
