Job description:
1. Showing Assistant - entry level sales position, focused on showing homes to perspective military home buyers.2. Sales Agent - mid-level sales position, covering the full range of responsibilities serving military home buyers.3. Listing Agent Apprentice - experienced sales position, covering the full range of responsibilities serving military home sellers.
The costs associated are for the state required, background check for the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and then the fees to become a licensed REALTOR with the national Association of Realtors (NAR) board, the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) board, and local San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) board, as well as access to the listings to show properties. All other business costs to include real estate certification classes, broker onboarding fees, headshots, business cards, signs, lockboxes, marketing, advertising, coaching, training, ongoing coaching and administrative support all provided by our company.
