We partner with Hiring Our Heroes (HoH) and follow their 12-week-long corporate fellowship model (11 weeks at the host company and 1 week onboarding with HoH). We provide Fellows with business-aligned project work across various PAs, the opportunity to complete Google Career Certificates, and various professional development sessions. We run three cohort cycles over the course of a year (Jan-March, May-July, August-November).

Each role is unique and aligned to a host team within a various products area at Google based on which host teams sign up to host fellows each cohort. A sample team and job description from a recent cohort is listed here:As part of the Global Marketing Operations team - we help marketers achieve creative production excellence while reducing risk and saving time, at scale. We see creating a holistic and efficient system in the areas of digital asset management, rights management/global distribution, business affairs, global adaptation, copy validation, and production insurance as key areas of focus.We are production by name, but not by trade. Our programs are intended to assist those who are producing content on behalf of Google.We are focusing on how to transition Marketing workflows to be fully integrated with AI. Some of which will focus on internal solution and others will focus on partner solutions. Fellows will be focusing on setting up our "Mastery" level training program, review of agency produced training content, and helping to lead training pilots with our marketers.
