Coaches will encourage members with injuries to scale back on their training and seek medical attention from their PCM or physical therapist. Coaches should not allow injured runners to continue training. If issues arise with participants, please contact health promotion staff to help troubleshoot. During the last workout of the season, coaches will reassess runners on the 1.5 mile run and report times to Health Promotion Staff.
