Administrative Assistant responsibilities include handling incoming phone calls, timekeeping, billing, invoicing and supporting all other branch functions. Job Requirements: A minimum 2 years of administrative office experience. Proficiency in Microsoft products primarily Excel. High school diploma or equivalent is required Preferred Qualifications: Heavy equipment or construction industry experience.
