Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Safety – Promote customer safety throughout their time in the wind tunnel and facility. Service - Provide an amazing experience for your customers. Sales – Sell return visits and other exciting flight opportunities per company guideline -Meet and greet customers with world class customer service -Provide customers with engaging and interactive pre-flight training - Assist with gearing and de-gearing customers - Coach and encourage novice and advanced flyers of all ages - Manage the operation and functions of the vertical wind tunnel - Capture photos and videos of customers in-flight - Maintain the facility’s cleanliness - Support your teammates with miscellaneous tasks when needed - As needed, perform CSR responsibilities such as, check-in guests, confirm flyer reservations, answer incoming sales calls, stock merchandise, and process refunds. -As needed, participation in marketing related photography, video, and social content capture for promotional usage.
