Service Assurance – Adoption Drive adoption of Service Assurance capabilities across teams by developing enablement plans, training, and clear value propositions. Partner with stakeholders to integrate Service Assurance tools and processes into daily operations and workflows. Monitor adoption metrics (usage, engagement, feature utilization) and implement strategies to improve uptake. Gather user feedback and continuously refine processes, tooling, and documentation to enhance user experience. Project Management Lead end-to-end project delivery for Service Assurance initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment across NOC, engineering, and business teams. Provide regular status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive updates. Predictive Anomaly Detection Develop and drive understanding of predictive anomaly detection capabilities to proactively identify network and service issues.Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to implement and refine detection models and thresholds. Translate analytical insights into actionable operational responses to reduce incidents and improve service reliability. Establish performance metrics (e.g., detection accuracy, false positive rate, time to detect) and continuously optimize models.
