Job description:
As an entry-level Java Programmer, graduates may support software development teams by assisting with the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Java-based applications. Typical duties include writing and debugging code, maintaining application documentation, supporting database interactions, and collaborating with developers, analysts, and IT professionals to implement software solutions. Graduates are prepared for roles such as junior software developer, Java developer trainee, application support programmer, or software development assistant.
This SkillBridge program is provided at no cost to eligible service members. Instructional materials, development tools, and lab resources are provided through the program. Participation is contingent upon command approval and DoD SkillBridge eligibility.
