ThayerMahan is seeking acoustic analysts and engineers or technicians with mechanical, electrical, and software backgrounds in support of autonomous maritime surveillance projects.

Acoustic analysts will work as part of a team which processes, analyzes, and reports on acoustic sensor data. The specific tasks are to analyze undersea acoustic data using state-of-the-art equipment and algorithms in a post processing or near-real time command and control environment and will develop a rudimentary contact solution. Engineers and technicians will work as part of a team that designs, operates, and maintains a fleet of unmanned maritime vehicles that collect acoustic and electronic data.
