Reece USA - Reece USA SkillBridge Program

The 120 day DODSkillBridge program at Reece USA is designed to be a valuable and immersive experience, connecting academics with real-world experience in a work environment. Coupling hands-on experience with resources from our Learning Management System, Blueprint, Service Members will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of Reece USA and the wholesale distribution industry. Service Members will participate in developmental trainings to foster personal and professional development. In addition, our DODSkillBridge program will challenge Service Members to utilize critical thinking skills to complete a high-level continuous improvement final project. Ultimately, this DODSkillBridge shall develop and fine tune skills to create success for Service Members when entering the workforce upon graduation.
