Job description:
As a Chief of Staff at The Brydon Group, your primary responsibilities would include:• Strategic Meeting Support – Assist principal in planning and executing critical, high-profile, and essential executive meetings with small business owners, bankers, and brokers. Strategically align logistics to maximize impact and prioritize most critical conversations - including data gathering and coordination with third-parties as needed.• Relationship Management - Manage relationships and communications with CEOs, CEOs-in-Residence, Brydon GP, and other third parties to ensure seamless collaboration, strategic calendar management, and support of overall strategy & objectives. Work with senior team members across the full portfolio to identify opportunities for high-impact meetings.• Research and Analysis - Conduct industry, market, company, and executive research to adequately prepare principals for critical meetings, including identifying important insights, opportunities, and risks. Prepare in-depth briefings on potential investment targets• Administrative & Team Collaboration - Participate in relevant internal team meetings and strategy discussions. Assist with ad hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in private equity investments, contributing to the growth and success of small businesses.

Candidate Requirements• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
