We are looking for transitioning service members who are interested in a real estate career where he/she will be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone transitioning from the military and looking to grow their career in real estate.Responsibilities include: Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.Becoming proficient in intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.Displaying and marketing real property to possible buyers.Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.).Maintaining and updating listings of available properties.Cooperating with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors.Developing networks and cooperating with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.Promoting sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.Remaining knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices,
