Job description:
Prepare student schedules and maintain student records. Ensure lesson standards, objectives and completion standards are met by each student. Perform as part of Flight Instructor workgroup, working with other Flight Instructors, Check Instructors, Chief Instructor, as well as other Flight School/Flight Department personnel.

Qualified flight instructors are critical to the success of our students and our company. The Flight School team plays a critical role in ensuring that our students are successful in meeting their goals in a timely manner, from beginning flight instruction through completion of their Practical Test and certification.Working as a flight instructor is excellent experience in the commercial aviation industry and is useful for time-building toward an ATP rating, which is necessary for employment in the commercial airline industry.
