Job description:
The Field Consultant is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open field staff positions with talented and qualified candidates, ensuring that candidates will hold ACE in the highest esteem possible. This individual reports directly to the Vice President of Recruiting for Field Operations and will actively engage in sourcing and screening candidates, as well as coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers of employment, and any associated negotiations. All ACE employees are expected to uphold the mission, vision, and values of the company.
