DJR’s SkillBridge training program will prepare the Service member upon completion of SkillBridge training to obtain the title of Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent), with the possibility of pursuing various career paths related to project management, project finance, and/or sales and marketing in the real estate industry, and more specifically as it relates to real estate development. Included in this training is participation at DJR’s cost in qualified online courses.

DJR’s SkillBridge training program will prepare the Service member for the following job description upon completion of training: The Assistant Project Manager provides necessary support to company project managers and associates in the completion of the company’s project management, project finance, marketing, and real estate development activities. Skills learned and enhanced in training will include proficiency in basic to advanced Microsoft Office software, project management software, report generation, basic accounting, budgeting, real estate project finance, sales and marketing of real estate, and experience towards certifications such as Project Management Professional, Realtor licensing, or prerequisite university courses.
