Summary description:
Members of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s Region 9 (R9) team assist partners build resilience and readiness to mitigate risk, and to provide response support in the event of an incident. The Leadership team oversees the business operations function for the R9 which includes budget management, recruitment and position management, acquisition, program management and executive support. As Executive Support, you will work closely with R9 leadership on calendar management and logistics support. Not limited to R9 leadership, you will also interact with R9 staff and other CISA offices on administrative support.
Job description:
• Perform administrative tasks assigned to support effective business operations for the office including providing the full range of administrative services to External Affairs leadership and staff.• Provide administrative support for R9 senior managers.• Support the R9 Regional Director and Deputy Regional Director with calendar management and logistical support including coordinating and booking conference rooms.• Schedule and coordinate meetings including developing agendas, preparing minutes and/or printing meeting materials.• Support the maintenance of office records management plan. • Provide travel support for R9 staff including preparing travel authorizations and expense vouchers using the official travel system; making travel arrangements; answering/researching general travel related questions; and maintaining travel associated files for the office.• Escort guests from the lobby as necessary.
