Job description:
The Industry Analyst will conduct and manage research projects supporting in-depth business, supply chain, and market intelligence analysis in support of our clients' international strategy, investment, and purchasing decisions. Analysts are expected to have a keen attention to detail, to be adaptable to different business sectors and geographies, and to bring creativity and enthusiasm to solve challenging problems and develop new methods that improve the delivery of impactful analysis to our clients.Responsibilities• Perform investigative research supporting corporate due diligence and commercial supply chains analyses in emerging markets with a focus on identifying risks associated with mergers & acquisitions activity, political risk, theft of intellectual property, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, sanctions violations, among others.• Conduct and lead small teams in developing analytical products using secondary industry, market, and product research using publicly available information (PAI), proprietary datasets, commercial tools, and subscription databases.• Understand and synthesize pertinent information derived from secondary research, subject matter experts, and commercial data for impacts to customers' strategic decision making.• Develop, author, and present customized executive briefings and deliverables to clients.• Proactively conduct project management duties for analytical tasks to include refining customer requirements, ensuring on-time delivery, and completion of contractual requirements.• Enter and manage analytical data into proprietary research databases, as well as assist in non-technical development of new proprietary datasets and tools.
