Job description:
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Listing Management: - Prepare and maintain property listings on various online platforms, including the agency's website, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and third-party listing websites. - Create visually appealing and informative property descriptions and features to attract potential buyers. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on property listings, including price adjustments and status changes. 2. Coordination and Communication: - Act as a liaison between the real estate agents, sellers, contractors and potential buyers to facilitate the listing process. - Schedule property showings, open houses, and inspections, coordinating with various parties involved. - Keep all stakeholders informed about the status of listings, feedback from showings, and any updates or changes. 3. Document Management: - Manage all paperwork associated with property listings, including contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents. - Organize and maintain files for each listing to ensure easy access to necessary documentation. - Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers. 4. Marketing Support: - Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling visual materials for property listings, including high-quality photos and videos. - Implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility of listings, such as social media promotion and email campaigns. - A basic knowledge of all Social Media platforms, how to create content, and upload. 5. Creative Strategy Development and Process Improvement:- Innovatively develop marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and appeal of property listings, exploring new and creative approaches. - Continuously assess the effectiveness of listing processes and marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement. - Build and implement streamlined systems and workflows to optimize the efficiency of the listing coordination process, making it more effective and organized. 6. Data Analysis: - Collect and analyze data related to property listings, including market trends, pricing, and competition. - Provide insights and recommendations to real estate agents to optimize listing strategies. Qualifications - Real estate license or willingness to obtain one. - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate industry. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MLS software, Microsoft Office, and online marketing platforms. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple listings simultaneously. - Knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends is advantageous.
